Pathways Alliance collects, uses and discloses your personal information so that we can carry out one or more of the following:

• establish and maintain an effective relationship with those with whom Pathways Alliance interacts, including our member companies, suppliers and contractors with whom we do business;
• provide information to interested individuals, including member companies;
• consider your application for employment opportunities with Pathways Alliance;
• protect us from error, breach of contract, negligence, fraud and illegal activity; and
• comply with any legal or regulatory requirements, or to cooperate with police and/or financial institutions during any investigation of credit/debit card and/or suspected criminal/fraudulent activities involving Pathways Alliance or any of Pathways Alliance’s service providers or agents.

The Pathways Alliance is committed to safeguarding your personal information. We maintain physical, procedural and technical security with respect to our work environments and information storage to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of your personal information.
